I am not sure if I see this as a arts and culture candidate or not. What do you think? The building itself isn't much to look at.

YES! YES! YES! YES! AND YES! (I love blown glass.)
From the About Us section of their website: "An array of glass vessels is showcased at the studio."
"The Studio
Jeff Goodman established the Jeff Goodman Studio in 1989. He built a studio environment where designers, artists and architects can collaborate and fully explore the infinite possibilities of glass. The Studio’s constant desire to experiment and create continues to grow since Jeff’s passing. The calm, innovative and productive atmosphere he fostered remains a home for the group of creative artists he mentored and inspired."
I sooooooo agere!
If they exhibit some of their work ask if you can take a picture of it. No harm done. Otherwise a photo of anythi g with the studio name on it.
I would look for any excuse to approve a glass studio. Put the pin right and keep people and license plates out of your images and you should have an outstanding 5* submission.
I'll put the nomination in this afternoon.
Here’s what you’ve submitted:
Jeff Goodman Studio
The Goodman Studio has been internationally recognized for its modern blown glass vessels, and innovative architectural glass. Every piece created is one-of-a-kind and hand-made.
Photo is of a decorative glass piece. Sign is in the supporting photo. More information here: https://www.thegoodmanstudio.com/about-us/

Shame about the "3rd party text" in the description copied directly from their website - this is a valid reason for rejection. You need to write your own description.
That is definitely a legitimate candidate, especially if they have an exhibition space inside the studio. It might be a difficult one to sell, and as @sogNinjaman-ING said you should rewrite your description. I would focus on it as a collaborative artists' space.
In a similar vein, there are glass-blowing studios that do classes and workshops. I've been to Half Moon Bay Art Glass for a workshop, and have a lovely paperweight to show for it. Something like that would also be a no-brainer acceptance for me, as it's a place where people both socialize and create art.
Fixed. The web script is much better though. I am sure the business would have appreciated using their wording, seems like a silly reason to reject the stop.
It is. It makes sense to use their official wording but there are probably legal reasons why Niantic don't want that.
I'm sure most reviewers don't actually care if you use an official description or take that text and rephrase it or at least I hope they don't.
Unfortunately it was rejected due to other rejection criteria. I will submit it again. At least it isn't the billiard hall that I recently had rejected as a fake nomination when the pin is exactly on top of the pin of the hall in Google maps. Any suggestions on making my case better in the description/support?
It doesn't look like you've posted your primary or supporting photos, but based on the text a few posts back, I will say that the main photo needs to be of either the studio building or just the sign. A photo of an art piece being used the represent the studio is unlikely to be approved.
On my third iteration of submissions, I think voters aren't sure what to do with it. Will keep trying.
Fourth attempt rejected again. I think because it's blazing a trail it's hard to get through. May suggestions on wording?
@SaintAAlain-PGO Is it a place where people can go to view exhibitions of their work, or to purchase their work? Or is it just a place where the artists work? If it's more like a gallery then I would focus on that aspect. If it's more like their workspace and offices then I doubt you will be successful.
A glass-blowing studio and gallery named after its founder, Jeff Goodman, who established it in 1989 as a productive space for creatives to "collaborate, experiment, and fully explore the infinite possibilities of glass" as an art medium as well as a structural material. The architectural glass used in the Bahá’í Temple of South America can be credited as one of such experimental innovations from the studio. It hosts annual studio sales.
Seems like they renamed to "The Goodman Studios" from the socmed posts but if the sign is not yet updated, put that for a title edit. Assumed there is an exhibition space hence "gallery". I took the quoted text from Seaprincess', unsure if third-party hence the quotation marks.
Thank you. Will try again.
It was accepted this time. Thank you for the help.
Yeah 🎉 Thanks for letting us know.
