Hospital Grounds

Is a nomination being on a hospitals grounds an immediate reason for rejection? Obstruction of emergency services would be a consideration of course. However for hospitals without emergency departments, or those nominations on large hospital grounds and several hundred metres away from the emergency departments, where do guidelines fall on this?

I've attached some examples of stops on hospital grounds in my local area if they are of interest to this discussion.

POI on hospital grounds are fine as long as the people interacting with them wouldn't obstruct emergency services. Typically that would be any entrance leading to the emergency department.

Hospitals are full of plaques celebrating donors or long term employees who've dedicated their lives to serving others. There are often gardens or statues outside. Some have libraries.

Though people don't necessarily want to hang out at hospitals, many people do find themselves spending time there. It helps the healing process and dealing with the stress of caring if they have something to occupy themselves during long waits.
