You seem to be lost. This is the Wayfarer Forum and not the Pokémon Go forum.
If you have any Pokémon Go issues, you are either meant to use the support chat in game, which can be accessed in the in game settings menu, or you can get on Twitter and tweet @NianticHelp.
The Wayfarer forum is not a Pokémon GO forum.
