Request to Restore Removed Wayspots

We have a neighbor that hates living behind a park, despite choosing to live behind one. Every HOA meeting they complain about children in their yard and not wanting to update the playground because it will attract more people, and will yell at people at the park (playing Pokémon or not)
We had 4 stops and 1 gym in our neighborhood all within the neighborhood park. Each was accessible from the street and the sidewalk from every direction. Each was a feature of the park, each got the same complaint from the same neighbor until it was removed despite no trust passing or inappropriate gameplay. I am sure they either faked being in the HOA or complained until they gave in.
There were a couple hidden waypoints on the map further away from the houses maybe those could be made into stops instead? There’s gotta be a compromise instead of destroying our community’s game board. There was one removed that was of zero concern on the other side of the neighborhood as well.

A property owner can have any Wayspot within 40 meters of their property removed on request. This is part of a legal settlement that Niantic made.
I just wanted to remind you that you can of course also submit Wayspots in your area that are worthy.
