Additional information: The Smeetskruus portal is located in a nature reserve area. It is not accessible by humans anymore because the area has turned into a nature reserve part a couple of years ago. Before there was a farm and a cross (Smeetkruus portal) but this has all been removed since the area has been turned into a nature reserve area. The roads which can be seen on the maps are blocked by gates and no access signs as can be seen in the pictures. To capture the portal you have to trespass this area illegally disrupting wildlife. Please take care the the animals in this area get their deserved rest and remove this portal from the game.

Hello @vke123-ING! After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
Ehhh? Very weird. Portal is accessible all the time with tours and really crowded when organised? @NianticOtoStar
A few weeks ago I was there it was just normal access? Please review. At any of these parks access is not permitted at sundown.
Are we removing portals in public forests? Would make it easier so it can't be infested with Machina, but okay :P
Those pictures must of been of a long **** time ago, you were there a few weeks ago? never seen you being a part of the portal, normal access? i had to maintance the hiking trails for my job a few times over there and been at the spot there is no way to enter there at any time been on the watching tower and never see the cross and why even mention machina when the portal is controlled by res 24/7 cause they are the only one that can access the portal? Even if things changed and the place is public somehow now the cross doesnt exist anymore end of story.

Also there where tours 1 Day a year. So public May enter sometimes. But still the portal has been removed as an object. Accessible or not. It does not matter
It looks like the signs that were used as evidence were already present when @horn0x-ING took their photo's. And the second gate with the same sign looks to be the same gate that can be seen in the background with people standing next to it. I find it very suspicious that op does not address this. This is starting to look more like abusively trying get a valid wayspot removed, because it is controlled by the opposing team.
@horn0x-ING, is it possible for you to visit the location any time soon to provide new pictures of the wayspot itself?

Well no, because the portal location is a significant distance away from were the photo's were taken.
I see you are doing what you like the most...it's a pitty. If you were there last time. Were is your short film of the portal. That you will remove. That is what you are always doing.
