Wayspot Accepted but not showing in-game

I received an email saying my wayspot was accepted about a week ago. I've been waiting to see it become a pokéstop in-game, but it never did. Rather, a nearby pokéstop turned into a gym and no new pokéstop has popped up in place of my accepted wayspot nomination.
I submitted it through Pokémon GO via OS16.4.1 on my iPhone 13.
Attached are photos of the wayspot acceptance, it's intended location, and where it should be on Pokémon GO.

It's not a bug but intended behaviour.
Clark Hall shares a space/cell with Big Church Pavilion so will not appear in Go.
