The portal À La Mémoire De J.F. Paulmy was deleted yesterday.

Country : France
It is the bust of a historical figure who is buried in this cemetery.
It is not the grave of an unknown person or an individual, and Niantic rules state that the grave of a celebrity is considered to be legit, so it was accepted in the past.
Thank you for restoring this portal which has all its legitimacy.

Photos that it exists at the location you gave?
Due to COVID19, it's impossible to go to the cemetery to take pictures...and I cannot find those I took when I have submitted the portal.
Actually, it's been two weeks that cemeteries are open again.
And since I had to go to work on site today, I decided to take a short detour and have a look.

The plaque says :

Basically he was a soldier that died during first world war. And while that's still quite the act of bravory, I am not conviced this makes him famous.
I can't find anything on him on google either, but maybe I am just doing it wrong.
