I attempted to nominate a new wayspot through Pokémon Go today twice. Both times I got the confirmation message in Pokémon Go that the upload was successful, and I've had 2 contributions deducted from my total of 40, but I never got emails from Wayfarer confirming that they're actually on the system, and they're not showing when I log in to Wayfarer. I nominated it twice because I noticed I'd had this issue with the first instance of the nomination, and now it appears it has happened to the second one as well.
My Pokémon Go app version is 0.267.1-G-64 and I'm on an Android device running Android 12.

I see that the nominations were not uploaded successfully. Please ensure that you're connected to a strong network while submitting nominations to avoid this in future.

Just for some additional context, I used my Ingress account to submit an invalid wayspot report between the two attempts at submitting this nomination using my Pokémon Go account, and I did receive a confirmation email that the wayspot report has been received.
I don't believe it's a signal or connection issue given that the wayspot report was submitted to the system without issue, so I'm confused as to why the new wayspot submission seems to have failed.
I will try again in a bit, but as I said in my above comment, I don't think it was signal or connection issue as my wayspot report did go through fine and the game itself was working with no issues. I will report back if there's any more issues next time I try to submit it.
