I know that plazas are good and there’s one near me called the village shoppe. It has a nail shop, about 5 restaurants, post office, grocery store, cleaners, barber shop. Would this be a good wayspot

Depends on if it hosts social events.
It would be useful to have more information if you are comfortable to tell us and it is on streetview can you provide the location.
Are you talking about submitting an entrance sign? If so a photo would be useful.
Is the post office already a pokestop?
Perhaps some information about the restaurants.

I mean restaurants are social spots
Some are, some aren't. It isn't something that is a given.

Post office isn’t a pokestop. The restaurants available are a subway, red lanturn,hot dog factory, touchdown wings, teriyaki wings, church’s chicken. Also there’s a paint shop. Sadly I don’t have a picture because I haven’t went there yet or nominated it but there are two entrance signs each with different stores. ( like one has half of the stores on it and the other one has the other half)

@Todirokilol-PGO Howdy neighbor! If you are looking to add things in Lawrenceville, you need to come join my group of Georgia Wayfinders! I've got people who submit in Gwinnett and know that area pretty well. I don't venture out that way too often (furthest I go is Snellville, but not that often).
We use discord and love to help new people. We can try to figure why that post office isn't a pokestop, too. Find me on Twitter or Reddit using this same handle and I can add you to my server.
Actually, looking at the map, that's not a post office. That's a retail business that can send packages. Those aren't eligible, only official US Post Offices.
You can try to submit one of the entrances to that stri-p mall but they don't appear to have the shopping center name on them (on streetview). Do not upgrade it. Nothing inside the center looks eligible on its own.
