Appeal duplicate and misplaced POI

The location where the dropped pin is where this exists in Ingress. However, this truly is on the pedestrian bridge just south of the elevator and stairs where I circled. I lack the level to suggest a location edit. The other issue is Arkansas River Junction Bridge is an accepted nomination from the other location that I circled of Junction Bridge (actual name). The next sentence is okay. The North Little Rock side of Junction Bridge is also a POI. If the Portals were placed correctly, I believe this would have made 2 (each end of the bridge).
I ask 1 or 2 things be done. Either correct the location of the Portal that I flagged as a duplicate & remove the other Portal of the bridge from the Little Rock side, remove the Portal that I flagged as a duplicate & the Portal of the bridge from the Little Rock side, or move the reported Portal to the correct location and let any POI that is too close in any of the games exist but be removed if too close. The bridge was nominated from the North Little Rock side. Removing the other side will not remove every accepted nomination of the bridge.

Oh, this should be Junction Bridge. This does not solve my issue.
Thanks for the appeal, @Andrew0095-ING. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot "Arkansas River Junction Bridge" in question. Also, we’ve made necessary changes to the Wayspot 'Junction Bridge" location.
