I found a website for a Sya Warfield - https://www.syawarfield.com/mixed-media-1. Some art there looks similar to this one, but there's no mention of this mural. It's definitely not Bubble Box anymore, so how about "A woman's portrait" for title and "Utility box painted by Sya Warfield" for description?
