Hello. I added wayspot 21 days ago but I still haven't got any results. Who can help with this.

Then your nomination hasn't been accepted yet after 21 days you submitted it. Now it's more understandable.
For starter, did you use any upgrade to that nomination? At which your nomination have the "upgraded" tag and not just "upgrade next".

Inclusion rules are different for every game. Search S2 cells PoGO or a content creator's video about nominating stuff, posted 10 hrs ago. Real good quality.
You can also post the coordinates of the wayspot so someone else can verify why it doesn't show up.

21 days ago my nomination was not accepted. I have exercised my right to object. The nomination has not been concluded for 21 days.

In order for the Upgrade Next feature to work you need to earn an upgrade. This is done by reviewing other nominations. For each decision about a nomination that you are in agreement with other reviewers you get a point towards an upgrade. Progress can be seen on the profile page in wayfarer.
If you decide to review do read all the criteria for acceptance carefully first.
The time taken for a nomination to resolve without an upgrade varies hugely it can be a week, it can be 2 years.

Un-upgraded nominations take 12-24 months to resolve where I live.
Upgrades are currently broken - even when you've earned one and applied it - they push your nomination into limbo where it won't be seen.
Appeals are also broken. I have appeals waiting that were made December 22 through April 27th.
IOW a mere 21 days is just "working as expected". Check again in a few months.
Yes, upgrades are broken right now.
However, appeals are not broken. They are just slow with doing them and skip a bunch of the new ones when doing LIFO.
