I am sorry, but I am posting a screenshot of the reviewing screen for a particular Wayspot candidate.
“三重珈琲 (Mie Coffee)” is a coffee shop located in Tsu, Mie, Japan.
I live in Kyoto.
Currently, this Mie Coffee review is coming around every day, and we have already seen it about 10 times.
I hear that people living in the Kinki and Tokai regions, and other areas close to Mie Prefecture, see this Mie Coffee review every day.
I have seen the same Wayspot review multiple times before, but this is the first time we have seen it so frequently on a daily basis.
Even if multiple applications for the same candidate were under review, it is difficult to imagine that the same candidate would flow so frequently.
Is it a glitch in the system?
Please confirm.

Maybe the submitter(s) spammed their nomination quota hoping it will be accepted after several rejections. If somehow the nomination got through then I would guess it will have lots of same photo due to rest of nominations will be marked duplicate.
Report it as abuse if you meet it again.
