I still haven't received my upgrade reimbursement and don't think I will. I've completely stopped all Niantic activity and switched and moved on to other things.
So it’s the end of September 2023 and I am still having this problem after the supposed fix. My upgrades are stuck in queue. Are we back to square one?
@NianticTintino-ING I still havent received the promised reimbursement despite providing evidence. Should we never trust another Niantic announcement?
I'm kinda wondering if upgrades are broken again now myself. Applied one at ~6pm GMT today, three hours later it’s still in queue. It was subbed on 23-10-08. EDIT: as of 10.40pm it’s in voting. EDIT2: And around 16hrs to decision (accepted). I guess that they are working after all.
I also never received any of my reimbursements from the upgrade issues. I have waited patiently to receive them before making it an issue. Again, please look into this issue for me and any others who are also deserving of their efforts.
@NianticAaron is the upgrade issue still a problem? What is the normal timeframe for a submission moving from in queue to in voting?
Other submissions I have upgraded only took around 24 hours to move into voting and get an outcome.
I ask as I submitted a stop on 16 Oct and straight away upgraded it, although it’s 3 days now and is still showing as in queue.
Just to update on the above post and close the loop. My upgrade finally kicked in yesterday and the outcome received in a few hours.
My upgrade seems to be stuck on my nomination. It still says "In Queue" even though I upgraded it on 11-9-2023.
I think I'm on this eternal in queue issue for upgraded nominations. Any news into this?
I don't think Niantic are interested in addressing their problems.
