Appeal incorrectly rejected: Beerlovers paradise

My appeal has been rejected by Niantic with the following information: "We could not verify the existence of this object at the specified location, so we are unable to reverse the decision of the community". The POI is clearly visible on streetview and the location is correct (35660 Corralejo, El Chinchorro 5). Does anybody know if there any chance to resubmit this appeal? I attach the evidences that the POI is on its correct location
