How to change a Gym into a Pokestop ?

Hello,
We have a Gym that is far away from the park where all the Pokestops are, and this Gym is in the same big cell as the park. How to change that Gym to become a Pokestop again, and one of the Pokestop in the park become a Gym ? This Gym is near a dangerous roundabout.

The only way to stop a GYM from PokeStop would be to remove the gym from the scanner (which is impossible if it doesn't meet the removal reasons), but if it is achieved, step 1 would already be done.

And step 2 would be to pray that the pokestop that they want to be a GYM becomes a GYM since if I'm not wrong, it is currently random, I would choose a pokestop from cell 14 to become the new gym.

Before you could convert a pokestop that you wanted to a GYM by liking the photo, but that has already been patched, so that the randomness continues.

That isn't within the scope of Wayfarer
