Changes to an existing wayspot

What is the best way to handle an existing wayspot that has just recently changed it's name (and obviously picture)? It is a Martial Arts Fitness Club that has changed its name and now has a new sign. I thought about submitting a new picture and title and description in-game, but am thinking that reviewers might just reject these submissions.

Submit the edits. If they get rejected, then you can appeal them and provide relevant evidence.
Reference the old title in a description edit. Something like: "<new name> Martial Arts Dojo, formerly <old name> Martial Arts Dojo, was ..."
