Wrong location

Correct location
53.42081293692601, -2.971681941614652 (clearly visible from google maps photos)
City: Liverpool
Country: United Kingdom
I suspect someone did this on purpose by dragging it near to their house or by accident (there used to be a glitch when nominating a wayspot didn't let you change the location from your current one to the proper wayspot location). If there's any further proof needed, I can take pictures next time I'm in the area.
