Titles mixed up in Contributions page

On the Contributions page, the titles (and sometimes locations) are not appearing correctly. They are mixed up. This only seems to be on the list and not affecting the submissions themselves. For example:
This even affects accepted nominations (two accepted at the bottom of the list are a mural and footbridge, not a bridge and sign). Probably not high priority given the issue with the Upgrades and it doesn't seem to affect the actual subs, but still thought to report it.

I have also experinced this several times the last couple of weeks.
If i igonere for some time and return the later, the named are back to normal. But very confusing when it is messed up and you need to administrate you nominations.
I had that during the recent challenge. It has stopped now.
Purely visual I think but confusing.
