In-Voting Nomination Geolocation Issues?

I voted on several nominations with two currently in the Database and several other pending, this has happened once before. True is could be Mismatch Location, however the voting process still continued to add several waypoints in the voting phase on top of each other, so it could be something else.

I voted on said items the last couple of weeks, the nature conservation sign popped up today. The prior nature signs had dead grass in the areal photo. The new one had living grass. Areal photo indicated a wire fence I believe, the new one indicates a wooden fence.

Before a list of approved waypoints as it is with this one all stacked up on the same geolocation. Before it was like 5 waypoints here just 2 approved. All from South Africa, first from the Eastern Cape*, this one from the Western Cape.

Before I thought it could be abuse, in order to trigger duplicate, or negligence. After the multiple exact geolocations stack up, I began to doubt especially seeing this happen again like before.

It does not happen very frequent.

A similar incident has happened in the UK. In my opinion the effort or odds of getting a exact geolocation on a new nomination is difficult.
