"Recuerda que no todas las propuestas aceptadas aparecerán en la totalidad de los juegos de Niantic"

This sentence in your email is important.

When you make a nomination, you're not submitting a Pokéstop (despite what the game says). You're submitting a wayspot for Niantic's database. If accepted, your nomination gets added to this database, and then it has the potential to be added to Niantic's games based on the proximity rules used in those games.

In Pokemon Go, they use level 17 S2 cells to determine proximity. Each level 17 cell is allowed one Pokéstop or Gym. If a new wayspot is added in a level 17 cell that already contains a Pokéstop or Gym, then it won't be able to appear in Pokémon Go.

In this case, your nomination is in the database:

However, it is in the same level 17 S2 cell as this wayspot:

As that wayspot will already be in Pokémon Go, it will be blocking your nomination from appearing in Pokémon Go. It can be used in other games though, and is currently in use as an Ingress Portal.

If you want to read up more on how Pokémon Go uses S2 cells, then look up the Pokémon Go Hub guide to S2 cells. It might help you when submitting future nominations.
