A Pokestop was stolen - Deino & Archen & Black Cat Mosaic Tile
Dear NianticLabs,
Today I found out again a Tile was stolen, today its Deino Mosaic tile in Zoetermeer.
The real location: https://www.google.com/maps?daddr=52.068423,4.489897 its located in Zoetermeer. This wayspot has been here for over a year, and you can see that when it got nominated.
Now the fake one: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ELraU2dkvi8ejLiP6?g_st=ic this one is located in Ede, in the Netherlands. And this and this one, got nominated not more then a year, exact same photo, so its a steal of picture.
While we are in Ede, I've got another one: Archen Mosaic Tile:
Real Location: 52.074226, 4.499965 this one has been longer then the fake one: https://maps.app.goo.gl/9sG5p6DpegrZMy5Z6?g_st=ic
This one has been shorter then the tile in Zoetermeer, the one in zoetermeer is the real one.
Also there is:
Black cat:
This is the real one: https://maps.app.goo.gl/tz229T3phYu3d5EF9?g_st=ic
This is the fake one: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Bo2XXvGPQjkAZxtW9?g_st=ic
This one has been shorter than the real one. So I know what one is stolen, and thats this one.
I trust you to take proper action on the nominator of the fake tiles in Ede.
Kind regards,
Lars // reenemsraL

Hi Lars, I understand that you are confused. I come here often and I can assure you that these tiles are here. To proof it to you, I have a photo attached of the archen tile. If you would rather have a video I will gladly provide you with one.
Kind regards
Hi, thats impossible because its in Zoetermeer, the exact same tile. You guys just photoshopt.
Hi Lars,
More proof including your name 😉. Maybe u should check first before accusing is a fake tile.
Kind regards
I see it now! Its painted, but still using your tile design :)
Still sort of fake, you dont use mosaic tiles.
Either way they are acceptable waypoints and not fake.
Hey! Why are you using photo's of our Instagram? Exact same picture?
Dear Niantic, please take a look this photo was of our Instagram, and its THE SAME they used an kind of paint. Here take a look of our proof.
Our friends have also created an topic with even more fake tiles! Take a look: https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/43936/10-fake-mosaic-pavement-tiles-stops-in-ede-evidence-the-netherlands
Kind regards,

Again: Either way they are acceptable waypoints and not fake.
So what is the problem? You're STILL accusing that this is a fake tile while I took time to proof U its not...
Out of curiosity, is this some sort of sticker? The way the water droplets form on it doesn't look like a painted surface. If you've literally just taken the picture of the actual mosaic, printed it onto something like a vinyl sticker, and then stuck that on a random paving slab, that doesn't seem particularly valid to me (not to mention copying and using someone's artwork could be a copyright issue, though that's not a Wayfarer issue exactly and is something you and Lars ought to sort out between you).
Whether it's printed into the glaze or is a sticker, it is still a copy of an artwork and not an artwork in itself so I can't see what criteria it would meet. From the edges though it looks like a vinyl sticker.
Please see my my post in the other thread as to why these Pokestops are indeed faked by the original submitter. The one of the Black Cat for example is on a street with whole different types of tiles than that is in the picture. And those pictures are easily identified as stolen from the internet. The person was called out in the community and created tiles with a sticker type of material that is doubtful to last in weather conditions, plus the fact that the image is third party copyright. The submitter is hiding the player name since this, and alt accounts are used to protect the main account.
