Additional information:

This Waypoint was on the ground, but the street has been remade since (before Covid, and today again), it used to mark the position of the 3rd century city wall (called Cularo wall).

But as seen in the video, the Wayspot has been removed and a panel been added where the wall used to be.

Here is a map with the wall location and a green mark of the place.
