Where do I find directions for interacting with the map? I have somehow inadvertently moved 3 locations and can’t figure out how to undo what I’ve done. I also inadvertently created a spot that I need to delete.

you can't move waypoints in the Intel map or in IITC.

can you explain exactly what happened, or send a screenshot?
