Update to our Abuse Report Process: Help Center Abuse Report Form
Our Ambassadors and us have been hard at work in the past few months on the topic of managing abuse in Wayfarer. We heard your feedback and we have started to implement changes on this topic. The first visible change for you is the ability to submit and have multiple Abuse Reports open at the same time! Previously, you’ve only been able to have one ticket open at a time using our Support Chat within the Wayfarer website which caused issues when new or multiple abuse situations were present at once. Moving forward, you’ll be able to open multiple abuse tickets within our Wayfarer Help Centers’ Reporting Abuse in Wayfarer page.
When you land on this page, you’ll be able to scroll down and see instructions on reporting. At the bottom of the page you’ll see the “Report An Abuse” button which will kick off your report.
Upon clicking on the button, you’ll be prompted to enter your Name and Email.
On the following page, you’ll be able to enter what the type of abuse you’re reporting from a drop down menu, provide details of the abuse, the location of the abuse, and any details you may have about the abuser. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt of your ticket.
If your report requires attachment(s), you can reply to the follow-up email confirmation with those attached.
Our Wayfarer Help Center page is currently live in English. We will add our other supported languages in the coming days.
