24-hour lockout after rating one Waypoint

in Report a Bug
When I rate Waypoints, typically after one or two, I get hit with one or two 'please refresh' messages, and after that it tells me that 'I have to rate the Waypoint submissions that are assigned to me' and that 'some anomalies in my behaviour have been detected', after which I get locked out of rating new submissions for 24 hours.
I want to contribute to the game, but right now I can rate about one submission every 24 hours.

Do you ever start reviews and let them time out instead of finishing them?
No, I finish (almost) every review it gives me. I tend to do a few back to back. The last one before I quit sometimes loads in, which could count as letting them time out, I suppose.
Yes. If it loads a new review for you and you don't finish that review, that counts as a time out.
When you're finishing your review session, you should select "submit & finish reviewing" rather than just "submit".
Will try that, thanks! I'm a bit confused by the amount of 'please refresh' messages, I get the feeling that those are actually causing my issues, but will report back in a few days.
The only time I ever got a 24 hour cooldown whas when I let a couple nominations expire in a row (unintentionally, I just logged in here and there to check my nominations and would also peek at the review section without finishing any).
