This is in the way of emergency services because it is relatively close to where ambulances come in, right next to where employees access a building, and where the loading dock is. The hospital often uses a trailer-sized generator, blocking parts of the path and road and making a lot of noise that can be heard up to a block away, making it difficult to hear oncoming traffic. It would be better for the town and the hospital if it were removed.
