Splash Mountain was an iconic ride within Magic Kingdom at Disney World. The ride permanently closed in January 2023 and is being replaced with a new ride, Tiana's Bayou Adventure. As such many of the wayspots located within the former attraction have been removed. Relevant news articles are below:

The only current exception to the Splash Mountian removal is the "Briar Laughing Place" wayspot (https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=28.419669,-81.585045&z=19&pll=28.419669,-81.585045) which has yet to be removed. However, the "Laughing Place" signs were removed/replaced to remove the direct references to the controversial ride:

Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Explorer. We gave this a second look and decided to retire the Wayspots in question.
