2x Invalid Wayspot appeal - Netherlands
Hi, Hereby I would like to file 2 appeals on incorrectly reviewed Wayspots which are also part of the ongoing abuse throughout the Netherlands.
Both Wayspots (a couple of meters apart from each other) are clearly on private property, and one of them is obviously fake.
Appeal #1
Title of the Wayspot: Borderwijklaan
Location: https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=51.899609,5.431531
City: Tiel
Country: Netherlands

Additional information: As can be seen, this Wayspot is on private property, and the street name does not match, and to add, there is no street called Borderwijklaan anywhere in the city!
Appeal #2
Title of the Wayspot: de pomp
Location: https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=51.899416,5.431561
City: Tiel
Country: Netherlands

Photos to support your claim:
Object highlighted in red, On the portal picture below, reference the chainlink fence with the picture above, the tiles of the driveway belonging to the house next door, and also the black wooden bench at the house next door:
Additional information: This "pump" is also on private property, and actually in the same yard as the appeal above. It was placed across the street in the map, on a location that would actually be in the back yard of someone else's home.
I sincerely hope appropriate action will be taken against the people who have sent in these nominations, as well as the Wayfarers who approved this, as these are both clear cases of Wayspots that should have never been approved, and the person(s) who nominated these apparently have no respect of someone else's property by trespassing to take pictures to nominate these wayspots.
Thank you in advance.

Comments
Thanks for the appeal, @Sende115-ING. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspots in question and have taken action on the Wayfinder in accordance with our policies.
