Issue.
Let's look at the panel. This one is signed with the logo of the city of Laval as well as these coats of arms.
The name of the city corresponds to the graphic charter of Laval. The word Laval is cut in two at the level of V. The first half is placed at the top left, the second at the bottom right with the L upside down.
The lion is also on the panel.
These are the characters in red.
Laval and Usson-De-Poitou are more than 250 km apart.

Conclusion.
