The sign is not accessible or visible from the road as indicated by Google street.
On the satellite view the panel does not appear.

Conclusion.
The point of interest should not have been validated but refused at least for at least three justifications: does not exist at the place indicated and false proposal, duplicate.

Thanks for the appeal, @Soccalala-PGO. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question and have taken action on the Wayfinder in accordance with our policies.
