I'd love to change the pokestop picture to make it a better nomination but its covered by overgrown bushes and the council haven't had it trimmed back what can I do to make sure the local park green goes through? Kids always hang out on the green and it's close and accessible to local shops and businesses. Also the ice-cream van stops on this road a lot because of it so it would make a great addition for lures, a contested gym also nearby.

You can't appeal rejected nominations on the forum. You'd need to use the appeal button within Wayfarer itself.
If that isn't showing, it's because you've used another appeal recently and you need to wait 30 days from when you submitted that to submit another one.
In the meantime, if you are willing to take screenshots of your nomination including the photos and text you used, you're welcome to post them to ask for help with improving it. Use the paperclip icon to attach screenshots to your post if doing this.
