This portal has been removed as Enl agent reported it as the following:
Abusive location
Locations that are intentionally and strategically placed to provide advantage to a single player or collective group.
However:
This has been in the game for a while, and none of the current players are the ones that created, nominated or added the portal to the game. The tile meets the valid criteria:
- - Permanently placed. (It has been there for 2+ years, and replaced after damage or being stolen.)
- - Save to access
- - Contains correct information in the description, picture and titel.
The tile is a mosiac tile as there are more of 100 of them in Utrecht; And all off those are valid. No one is marking those for deletion. However this tile has been used by the RES movement a lot in defense against the Enl. Therefor Enl added a fake picture with a blank tile, removed the description to only say "tile" and then said it was placed intentionally and strategically. The removal would mean that if a portal is close to 7+ agents and therefor its a stratigic spot for a team, it can be removed out of the game if the other team thinks that it should go?
Please restore this valid portal, as it was removed as part of an harrasement campaign.

The portal was wrongfully removed after an intentionally add of unrelated photo. There was a appeal to get the photo removed. But instead of only removing of the false photo the portal was removed while it was and is a legit portal. Please reinstate. Thank you

Why remove a good portal. They do this more, they send a wrong photo, vote for it with more players so the can remove a good portal Just becourse they doet want a plagerig from the otter team doet have a good hp

Please reinstate this wonderful memorial tile as a portal. It's been a legit portal for years and it's really sad that it has been removed.

No bot involved but local enl harassment tactics. So stop trolling.
Until Niantic completely done with the bots, I won't trust anything reviewed in NL including edits.

I can't see why it was voted through in the first place - they're not artworks, they're not memorials to famous people. I can't see how on earth it got into the game initially, regardless of who removed it.
Thanks for the appeal, @Tiffski030-ING. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
