Suggestion: Adding information for wayspot location edits

If you want to edit the current location, you cannot give any additional information about why the new location is better. I would suggest that when editing a location, you can/must indicate why the new location is more suitable. The reviewer would then see the current and the suggested location and can make a better judgement based on the additional information.
And by the way: It would be nice if you could see your edits in the contributions menu and maybe upgrade them.

Yes, we've been asking for this for years. Thanks for adding your voice to the chorus. Maybe Niantic will eventually allocate resources to this.
All edit suggestions need a "supporting information" field and I'm sure it's been raised a million times already (but it seems a very simple addition for immense benefit to the process).
This was the latest edit I had to review that very well illustrated this need (as most people won't bother doing a web search and will just choose what seems most obvious, which is a disservice to POIs such as this).
