Additional information: I assume the two wayspots were flagged for being permanently removed, since none of the other rejection criteria make any sense for these wayspots. The two wayspots in question are located inside a building that was previously a Fry's Electronics. Fry's went out of business in 2021 and the building has been vacant since then, but it is still standing. Since the wayspots were painted onto large decorative cornices integrated into the walls of the building itself, it can be inferred that the wayspots therefore still exist inside the building, even if the building is not open to the public. The first supporting photo, taken earlier this morning, shows that the building still exists, with Fry's signage not even removed from the front. The other 2 supporting photos are older photos from before Fry's closed, providing more context about the wayspots in question, showing that they logically would not have been removed when Fry's vacated the building. Additionally, here is a Google streetview of the inside of the building: https://goo.gl/maps/uEiyDSmCKk2uATWRA
In it's current state, the wayspots should still be accessible and viewable to building maintenance, security, and staff. This is no different to other eligible wayspots located in areas not open to the public, such as gated communities, airport terminals, or other access controlled areas. Seeing as the building still exists and the wayspots were a part of the building, I feel the burden of proof should fall upon the person submitting the wayspot removal request to prove that these wayspots no longer exist.

Hi @MoparMadness-PGO! We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire the Wayspots in question.
