Rejected to remove this pokestop

Hello all,
I have come to notice there are plenty of rubbish pokestops in my vacinity. This is about manhole covers, small power things (wich are just plain) and the temporary signs wich is this one.
The city has placed a few signs in the area to warn people about a Caterpillar wich can cause lots of itches. This sign is a temporary sign and will be removed within weeks. According to the guidelines: it can't be a temporary. So this is why I keep submitting those pokestops and every time they get rejected. I will add some photo's to this post. Because it makes no sense to add this sign as a pokestop.
On a side note one of the signs is already removed and was not there when I last checked.
