Nomination claimed as duplicate.

Hello. I have uploaded a nomination that is not in pokemon go, but is in a different Niantic game. The 1st screenshot is my submission. The 2nd screen shot is of pogomap of the surrounding area.
How are people notified of this as a dupilcate when this sign is not in Pokemon Go?? I can go to the same location in game later to keep proving this stop does not exist in this game!

Not all Wayspots are used in every game. Each game has its own inclusion rules that determine which Wayspots are used. Pokémon GO in particular has the most restrictive inclusion rules thus far.
Pogomap is useless.
When you go to that location open the nomination screen and look at the existing wayspots, it will show everything.
Wayfarer is about more than just Pokémon Go. It's its own entity, a database of all points of interest that Niantic has in their records. When you submit something, the in game text is not truthful. You're not submitting a Pokéstop, but rather a wayspot for the database, and if a wayspot is already in the database, it will naturally get marked as a duplicate if you try to submit it again.
If you go to the location and try to submit it, it will show as an orange pin on the submission map so long as you're stood within around 100 metres of it. This indicates it's in the database, but not eligible for Pokémon Go, which is usually due to the proximity rule Pokémon Go uses to determine which wayspots can be added to the game. For more information, Google the Pokémon Go Hub guide to S2 cells.
Hello and Welcome @imberrysandy-PGO
As @HankWolfman-PGO says there is a lot to learn and Niantic communicate poorly. focus on learning about S2 cells and also if you create an ingress account access to the exact locations of most of the database of points which along with IITC (again google is your friend) will give accurate information. But although your map is not great it was noticeable that there was nothing for this location.
This is from the main database and you can see your submission has resulted in a photo being added. You can also see loads of points of interest in the park.
this is what you can see using Ingress and IITC
Your wayspot is highlighted and should appear and there should be lots here. I suspect that at some point the management of this cemetery park has requested that the whole area is removed from Pokemon Go. The POI remain in the database and the portals are still live in ingress.
So if there is nothing there then forget this location as it won’t allow pokestops.
