Residence Hall/Dorm: What category is best?

I've gotten a few residence halls and dorms on college campuses today, and noticed there isn't a category for this type of building. Most either don't have a category chosen, and I don't know if college or university is the best category. I was thinking closest may be apartment/condos, but still unclear.
Any help is appreciated!

You don't really need to worry about categorising things that don't meet the criteria, as it won't ask you for a category when you 1* it.
Not all residence halls/dorms are 1 star. Some are named after historical figures related to the college/university, some are long-standing buildings. Almost all the dorms that are on my former university are named after significant figures related to the history of the university.
If they're recognised as historic buildings, then there is a tag for that and I can see your argument in that case.
That being said though, just because they bear the name of someone significant who was connected to the university, that in itself doesn't necessarily make them a great place to exercise, socialise or explore. Likewise, not all college/university buildings will be eligible in most cases, as it would heavily depend on their purpose.
Me and my neighbours could rename our block of flats to the Albert Einstein Apartments. Despite the fact they'd have Einstein's name on them though, it doesn't change the fact it would still just be a regular residential block of flats that doesn't meet the eligibility criteria.
Now, if these university residences have got a plaque or sign about the person they're named after, that would be a good wayspot itself.
Just because a building is named after a "historical figure" doesn't make the building eligible. The only time a dorm would meet eligibility is if it is listed as a historic building or is renowned for its architecture.
Those plaques/signs are what I look for during review. I also check online for the building to see if it does have any historical significance at the college/university. I do my research before giving most 1 stars 1 star, unless it's something obvious like a chain store, unless I've never heard of the chain, then I do the research.
Think of it this way, a dorm is essentially an apartment building or a long-term hotel. Neither of those other two buildings are automatically eligible just because they exist and neither are dorms.
There may be things IN the dorm that are eligible - statue, really nice gathering space, plaque, etc. But just the building doesn't cut it.
Apartment/Condo was what I was thinking, unless it's a historic building.
Why would you tag it apartment/condo? Especially after the feedback you've had already?
That as a nomination is 1* as it meets no criteria on its own, making that category irrelevant for reviewers.
What is actually being nominated? Plaque = plaque, historic building = historic building, place name sign = place name sign.
The categories list is not a list of eligible things. A stock standard housing building isn't eligible and that category wouldn't be expected to be used by reviewers because, with only one category selectable, only the primary eligible thing being nominated should be selected; or it should otherwise be rejected 🤷♀️
