Help explaining rejection
Hi. I just got an appeal rejected as wayspot "is inside an inacessible area", but I disagree. What is the definition of an inacessible area?
The portal is in Sandsjö Hembygdspark, which is an area to where old historical buildings from the area from 18th century has been moved. Here people can read about the history of the old houses and there is also different activities such as swedish "midsummer" and other gatherings. The park is open for everyone all year.
In the description of the wayspot Iinked a video where a member of the area association talks about this house.
Please help me understand as I really think this is a valid wayspot.

Could you post a translation of the text, or even just the original text. Unfortunately, Google translate won’t work with the screen shots. I can say that when you go to the coordinates, ot just looks like some houses in a rural area, with no indication that it’s a public place. You say people can read about the history of the buildings. Are there signs or plaques that describe the history?
That rejection reason doesn't make any sense.
It has been written/copied by a person hired by Niantic to manually review the nominations and rejecting it as "is inside an inacessible area" while reports to remove location inside military facilities are rejected.
@Leedle95-PGO
The description says:
"Torp built in the 1740s. Has been used for many things over the years, including selling liquor from the hatch in the wall, hence the name, but has also been used as a poor house. The building has been moved to Sandsjö Hembygdspark from Norra Sandsjö."
A torp is an old and small building people used to live in and these old houses are sometimes kept by organizations i Sweden to preserves history, and then put together in different parks. You can see the entrance to the Hembygdspark being already a wayspot and also the "Kjellerstorp - Soldattorp 128" which is an old soldiers home, and "Marknadsbod". Those buildings, and some others there, have signs but the sign for "Krogstugan" has unfortunately disappeared.
To me this building should be accepted and I dont understand the inacessible motivation.
Is it possible to appeal an appeal and if so, where?
Should I appeal the appeal (if possible)?
Depends if it used as a private residence or is on private land.
And if you going to claim history. I would include that in the supporting information. Not just a youtube video.
Can you copy and paste the entire nomination and place here. Much easier to work with

The entire nomination:
Title: Krogstugan
Coordinates: 57.484434, 14.718408
Description: Torp uppbyggd på 1740-tal. Har genom åren används till mycket, bland annat såldes sprit från luckan i väggen, därav namnet, men har också använts som fattigstuga. Byggnaden är flyttad till Sandsjö Hembygdspark från Norra Sandsjö.
To reviewer: Lokalhistoria. Video producerad av Sandsjö hembygdsförening om stugan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXmuRivSeiE
It is not on private property. The swedish authority Lantmäteriet, in charge of property maps, have Krogstugan in the area of hembygdsparken and I know it belongs to the park. Tried submitting an image of it but for some reason I cant see it in this disussion at the moment.

The rejection that Niantic sent didn't claim anything about private property.
If they are gonna reject something, at least they should base their rejection on real reasons according to the rejection criteria and don't add new mystery reasons.
I agree, so I would love a clarification from niantic here and information if it is possible to appeal the appeal and how to do so (this post enough or open new discussion somewhere)?
Usually it's not possible to reverse an appeal, although sometimes they have done so.
You can try to ask for help from the ambassadors to check if they agree that this seems wrong, for example @Elijustrying-ING @kawin240-ING @PkmnTrainerJ-ING Maybe there's some other issue with your nomination and appealing won't work.
The swedish authority map shows the wayspot is in the hembygdspark and not on private property.

I can see this was submitted a few years ago. What is the current turnaround time and is easy to resubmit?

I still say if you going to claim history back up the evidence with links to it not just a video. I also say people will see a house and make their mind up pretty quickly. So maybe not being processed correctly
The title may not help using the word for Tavern. Perhaps the Heritage listed Cabin at Hembygdsparken
And you use the word. Liquour. Might be correct. But people work in micro seconds and they see those words and think the wrong thing. They not reading the description or supporting text correctly looking at history.
In your description. Talk to the heritage park, and the work of the Sandsjö Hembygdsförening and this cabin is one of six moved to the park. With this one being moved from. ((then leave it at that))
In the supporting information. IT is a place to explore set in a heritage park featuring a range of buildings that show how Swedes used to live. Heritage organisation is listed here with supporting map and on this page see supporting photos for the nomination.
Do not talk to the sign not being there.
Here is the website for this park - with photos that support your nomination...... Hembygdsparken :: Sandsjö-hembygdsförening (sandsjohembygdsforening.se)
Just go back renominate. Do not submit. Get home. Log into wayfarer. Open up contributions. Now upload. Refresh page. When your nomination appears. Put on hold. Now edit at will.
If you still worried. Post back into nomination improvement before you release hold and ask for a double check. Remember to copy and paste from the nomination including text, images and map. It may not appear straight away as it may need approval. But it will be released to be read.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
I am only there like once a year when visiting family, and last couple of times it was hard to get good photos due to heavy rain, so I thought appealing was better than to resubmit. But I could probably resubmit in the future if needed.
@rufoushumming-PGO Thank you very much! I will keep it in mind for future submissions.
