Tutorial after i was 10 days Suspended

Can somebody help me?
I i go to wayfarer i see all my stuff and i can make reviews.
When i go to ingress or pokemon go it say i need to make the tutorial if i click on the link i am in wayfarer like nothing was suspended.
How can i make the tutorial again?
