Pokestop will not appear.

I have a approved pokestop, but it will not appear. I guess they belive it's closer than 20m but it's about 30m. So I made a new exactly the same request to make a pokestop, but moved it a bit further away from the stop who is there. But then it was denied because of it was a dublett. So what do I do to make a stop, hopefully a gym, to appearing there ?

The 20 metre rule is only for Ingress and has no effect on Pokémon Go. Pokémon Go uses level 17 S2 cells, with a limit of one Pokéstop or Gym per level 17 cell. So your nomination is likely in a cell that already contains a Pokéstop or Gym.
The short answer is that you probably don't. It's already in the Lightship database, which is Niantic's database of wayspots, so you won't be able to get it approved a second time in a different location. If it is already in a correct location then it's against Niantic's rules to move it just so that it appears in one specific game.
The 20m rule as said does not apply for Pokémon GO. You have nominated a Wayspot which already exists in the system but just doesn’t show in Pokémon GO, so is correctly marked as a duplicate.
For Pokémon GO, the inclusion rule they have is one PokéStop per S2 level 17 cell. You have this one below already as a PokéStop so do not get another in this cell.
Both appear in Ingress as they are at least 20m apart.
You should not submit Wayspots away from their correct location. In this instance, it will not appear on Pokémon GO. You’re best looking for some other eligible things to nominate elsewhere.
