Additional information: The rejected photo depicts the same artwork as the Ingress portal cover photo. While the Ingress cover photo is an underexposed night photo with flash glare, the rejected photo is clear daytime photo. The rejected photo does not have any face, license plate, etc that would warrant rejection.
