Account does not exist

I am sure you have answered this often but when I try to go to wayfarer it says account does not exist and even when I cleared the cache to start over it still defaults to this message. I use apple as my login not sure if that’s why. Can someone help me get into this so I can nominate a Pokestop?

Did you login to your Pokemon GO account using Facebook or PTC method?
