gym near a school

I would like to report a gym because it is located right next to a school.
the gym is called Construction II, by Cyril Lixenberg, 1981" subtitle "Gerenpad".
The school it faces is the Christian Primary School (CBS) De Zuidster"
I think this gym should be removed.
The address is Munterkamp 71, 8014 DM Zwolle. Netherlands.

As previously explained you would need to follow the correct procedure, and posting in this forum is not correct.
Also to reinforce being near a school is not a reason to remove. Your map appears to show it is in an open space near paths that presumably parents and children walk along. The effects you have described could presumably happen on any walking route with a gym, and the proximity of the school is not key.
