Did the rules change back regarding basketball courts in or near K-12 schools?
I remember the rule was modified when NBA All-World was released; however I do not remember seeing it change back when the game was shelved.

There has been no official post.
However since there is no need anymore I see no reason to approve.

You say that so fast. However, there was an official post that K-12 were exempt for basketball courts back in JAN. There was no official change though the consensus is that since NBA All-World was shelved that the exemption is no longer in effect.
