Here's an example of an awesome, well-presented submission

This submission jumped out at me from the giant pile of coal that I usually see when I'm reviewing.

It's a community art space that has has walk-in projects, classes, and events. The photo is solid, the description is clear and represents the place well, and the supporting text explains to reviewers exactly what the space is and why it's special. It sounds sufficiently cool that if I was anywhere in the area I'd make a trip to check it out.

Even the pin was perfectly placed right at the front door. The only tiny flaw was that the supporting photo was probably taken from a car, but that's not a disqualifier. All in all it's a fabulous candidate and a good lesson in how to create a high-quality submission. A+ to whoever is responsible... stuff like this is why I enjoy reviewing.
