Appeal my Appeal?

Sorry if this is the wrong place in the forum but is there a place to appeal my rejected appeal? I had a fountain outside a local business be rejected as a private residence and my appeal was rejected on same grounds. It is pretty obvious if you open Google maps it is a business but I guess no one bothered to and just looked at my photo.
