App freezes when clicking on a route

in Report a Bug
Whenever I try to click on a route (I live in Sandy utah) Pokémon Go completely freezes. I have to completely exit out of the game and restart the app to unfreeze it. It happens over and over again and I have tried it many times. I am unable to do any routes near my home. The Routes will not work!

This is not a Wayfarer issue. Please report it to the Pokémon Go support through the in game settings menu. Routes do not have anything to do with Wayfarer.
