Why appeals and approvals take so long but rejections are almost instantaneous?

My very first nomination was rejected within hours of doing it but the others that I know are acceptable are still in waiting? Especially for countries and areas where stops are lacking. We can do better!

    Nominations may be flagged as duplicates by the AI duplicate detection system, which will appear as an "instant" rejection with no rejection reasons listed.

    Also, Niantic "fast tracks" a nominator's first "few" nominations, but a rejection within a few hours sounds like the AI duplicate detection. If you feel comfortable sharing the text of the rejection email, we may be able to discern.
