Some existing wayspots do not appear in Pokémon go, what can be done to make them appear?

In my area there are some points with potential for pokestops and they do not appear on the game map, but when I tried to request them, they were marked as duplicates and I realized that they already exist even if they do not appear in the game. So I can't ask for them even though they are good options. I'm not sure if they were ordered recently, but I doubt it since there aren't many players contributing pokestops around the area. Is there anything that can be done to get those pokestops to appear?

Not really. Pokémon Go uses a specific proximity rule that means that only certain wayspots can be added to the game. You'll want to look up S2 cells and how Pokémon Go uses them. In this case, you're specifically interested in level 17 S2 cells, as there is a limit of one Pokéstop or Gym per level 17 S2 cell.
You can read here about how wayspots from the database are selected to be sync. to pokemon go: https://pokemongohub.net/post/article/comprehensive-guide-s2-cells-pokemon-go/
I understand the logic, but not the distances involved. In example, I have submitted a new Wayspot and it was accepted, this Wayspot is about 20 meters away from the closest one. Is that a too small distance in Pokémon Go?
The Wayspot was accepted more than 48 hours ago. Other 2 Wayspot which I submitted, and which was accepted yesterday, are already on the map.
Distance doesn’t matter for Pokémon GO, just the cells.
Is there any resource where it is possible to see the map with the cells overlay?
